outlook - getroomlists ews not returning any data -

i trying rooms available , status of room using microsoft exchange service . below code used room list. returning 0 room, although have 8 rooms.

emailaddresscollection myroomlists = servicedata.getroomlists();

authenticated exchange server , have acquired exchangeservice object named servicedata. in advance

take @ how to: room lists using ews in exchange in msdn explains how list of room lists in organization or single room list exchange server using ews managed api or ews.
