i need edit application developed else in meteor.js deployed on digitalocean. have access digitalocean account, have no thought how access code , whole folder application stored. possible ? should inquire him github repo app instead ? thanks.

ask repo. server may contain built version of app (since that's that's needed run it) , that's no developing. can't edit directly.
