i acutally installed eclipse java ee kepler , , followed guide install aws toolkit java.

i opened business relationship aws ,i clicked install new software entered location http://aws.amazon.com/eclipse, got error

unable connect repository http://aws.amazon.com/eclipse/content.xml unable connect repository http://aws.amazon.com/eclipse/content.xml connection http://aws.amazon.com refused
